I purchased a Shredder ginder. I used it twice and seized together. I contacted Buddy Brands customer service. Their customer service immediately offered to replace the defective product and upgrade it with no additional charge. The replacement works as should with no issues. By far one of the best companies I have had to deal with and their customer service is impeccable. I will gladly continue purchasing from this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4 inch grinder shredder
This grinder is a pretty fine grind but its pretty sturdy my only real problem with it is that the plastic ring thing thats on top of it is loose and wiggles
