Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order. If it's too late to cancel, we offer free returns, therefore a return label will be provided to you to send the item back once it is received.

We ship daily and depending on the item being ordered and which warehouse location it is going to be shipped from, on average, we will get the item out of our facility within 48 hours. Some orders might take longer to get ready and will leave within 72 hours.
Depending on your location, orders normally arrive within 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping for faster delivery.
